Overview

The Renewals Specialist I role is focused on achieving revenue-based quotas through the sale of renewals, products, and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

In Short

  • Achieve revenue quotas by selling renewals and upselling when appropriate.
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Master product knowledge to assess client needs.
  • Promote products and services to established clients.
  • Utilize data to identify at-risk customers and adoption opportunities.
  • Address customer concerns and roadblocks to satisfaction.
  • Handle a high volume of outbound customer communications.
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes.
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM).

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in SAAS renewals or Sales Operations.
  • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams for customer renewals.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of functions of other divisions related to renewals.
  • Ability to analyze complex pricing and licensing situations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
