Overview

The Senior Partner Account Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic plan to build and manage a network of partners to support the North America region business.

In Short

  • Responsible for recruitment, enablement, and management of strategic partner relationships.
  • Drive sales pipeline and revenue from partners in North America.
  • Collaborate with North America Sales team to deliver partner-sourced revenue.
  • Develop and deliver content to support Partner Alliances & Channels Organization.
  • Engage at the CXO level and manage joint GTM efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and sales leaders.
  • Define and drive partner participation in joint solution sets.
  • Negotiate partner agreements.
  • Provide regular reports on partner achievements and progress.
  • Deep understanding of North America partners’ capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Ability to develop detailed Go-To-Market plans.
  • Strong selling experience with pipeline tracking skills.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts.
  • Experience in building executive relationships.
  • Ability to establish new partnerships and processes.
  • Relentless energy and drive for results.
  • Collaborative mindset and ownership of partner business.
  • Understanding of market landscape.
