MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Sr. Partner Account Manager to join the Plum Team! The role is remote and involves managing partner account managers, tracking partner forecasting, and improving onboarding metrics.

In Short

• Collaborate with leadership on revenue opportunities.
• Manage Partner Account Managers.
• Track partner forecasting and onboarding metrics.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Conduct business reviews and relationship building.
• Coordinate onboarding projects between partners and internal teams.
• Generate reporting on key metrics by partner.
• Train partners on features and services.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Read and interpret contracts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales or similar role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter.
