Overview

The Manager of Lifecycle Communications will be an integral member of the Content Strategy team, managing subscriber communications for Mint Mobile. This person will help strategize and execute communication programs to support, engage, and retain Mint Mobile subscribers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing.
• Experience crafting customer-first messaging across email and SMS.
• Strong grasp of content development workflows and communication tactics.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience analyzing performance and reporting results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
