Overview

The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and delivering both internal and external communications for Ocean Technologies Group (OTG) and OneOcean, ensuring clear, engaging, and consistent messaging aligned with the company’s vision and strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in corporate communications and employee engagement.
• Experience in a global, fast-paced organisation.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work with senior leadership.
• Experience with media relations and crisis communication strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
