Overview

As a Senior Account Manager at MentorMate, you will drive excellence in client contracting, retention, and satisfaction, playing a crucial role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring long-term business success.

In Short

  • Drive client contracting, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships within the client base.
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Oversee proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and contracting workflows.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing key client metrics.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Organize sales presentations to clients.
  • Ensure top-tier experience for clients and team members.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Position may require up to 20% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Over 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in insurance, finance, or FinTech.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and collaboration experience.
  • Proven track record of managing engagements successfully.
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
  • Experience in software or technology company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality required.
