Loopio is looking for an experienced results-driven, relationship-focused, and process-oriented individual who wants to take their account management to the next level!

In Short

  • Lead renewal negotiations and expansion opportunities with Enterprise customers.
  • Build relationships through various communication channels.
  • Map customer organizations and develop strategies for relationship building.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify customer adoption and expansion opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
  • Provide high-level service to maximize customer success.
  • Present value propositions to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct online demonstrations of the Loopio platform.
  • Build playbooks and templates to support account growth.
  • Utilize engagement data to flag risk and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and manage renewal meetings.
  • Update account information in Salesforce & Gainsight.
  • Monitor license management and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams.
  • Present insights to internal teams based on customer interactions.
  • Occasional travel for events or customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing complex deal cycles.
  • Experience with named accounts in various verticals.
  • Ability to develop relationships with senior leaders.
  • Excellent cross-functional relationship building.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Effective communicator with presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset to drive organizational goals.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
