In Short

• Drive the positioning and strategic marketing plan for PS Cloud.
• Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy, and Services.
• Deliver the “Why Certinia” storyline and category definition.
• Set strategy in partnership with the Senior Director of Product Marketing.
• Enable Sales with clear positioning, messaging, and training.
• Provide product and value-based training to the sales organization.
• Generate analyst and influencer-based awareness for new market categories.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to set messaging and launch plans.
• Be the voice of the customer to market-facing leadership.
• Success measured by brand awareness, market adoption, and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field.
• 8+ years of product marketing experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions.
• Excellent verbal presentation and communication skills.
• Driven, self-motivated, and focused on optimizing go-to-market strategies.
• Creative and decisive with a focus on winning.
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution speed.
• Business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with work management solutions for midsize and enterprise companies.
• Ability to achieve business plan metrics and develop new market categories.
• Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional communication skills.
