Overview

As a Senior Product Manager on our marketing cloud team, you'll work collaboratively across our teams to design, build, and launch solutions that delight our clients.

In Short

• Engage closely with execution teams to lead end-to-end product development.
• Conduct in-depth research and validation of user needs and market trends.
• Partner closely with Engineering to understand resource and technical constraints.
• Research and maintain expert knowledge on marketing cloud.
• Define the Cloud technology products strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to refining product development workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders across various functional teams.
• Become an authoritative figure in Martech.
• Address client queries related to the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a tech company.
• Strong experience within the Marketing Technology and Customer Data Platform space.
• Computer Science or Engineering background.
• Effective communication skills.
• Empathy for all stakeholders.
• Ability to derive insights from data.
• Understanding of Lean, Agile, and Product Management best practices.
• Understanding of design thinking and usability heuristics.
• Ability to prioritize projects effectively.
• Lead by influence, not formal authority.
