Overview

As a Renewals Specialist at Wrike, you will be central to the renewal lifecycle for our SMB customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals while expanding our customer base.

In Short

  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding renewal processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with Account manager on intricate renewal scenarios.
  • Draft detailed order forms and quotes based on product knowledge.
  • Manage all assigned contract renewals 120 days prior to renewal.
  • Proactively communicate with non-auto-renew customers.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting for all assigned renewals.
  • Explain the renewal process, timelines, and expectations.
  • Maintain account and opportunity data quality in Salesforce.
  • Address overdue invoices and coordinate with Finance.
  • Develop and update functional processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Understanding of subscription-based renewals and contracts.
  • Process-oriented mindset focused on efficiency improvement.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and meet daily deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
