Overview

The Renewals team at Intelerad Medical Systems is of strategic importance to the company. The Strategic Renewals Specialist is responsible for developing and managing a proactive customer renewal program, engaging with customers to ensure their timely renewal and facilitating their renewal process.

In Short

  • Analyze client/renewal information to develop strategic renewal proposals
  • Proactively manage the renewal process to ensure renewals are closed in a timely fashion
  • Communicate with existing clients via e-mail and telephone to negotiate business contracts
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic renewal plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Prepare the renewal letters, quotations, and other client notifications
  • Evaluate usage and complete the true-up requirements

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a Sales, Renewal, or Account Manager role at a SaaS company or equivalent
  • Strong client-facing communication skills - must be able to negotiate and problem solve
  • Great attention to detail and strategic thinker
  • Aptitude for sales, strong analytical skills
  • Experience in procurement and/or contract management an asset
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, proactive
  • Make well-informed decisions with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
