Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• 3+ years in a Tier 2 support environment.
• Advanced experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Strong knowledge of network and web protocols.
• Experience supporting Linux operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance.
• On-call availability as part of support organization.
