Overview

The Systems Support Analyst will provide frontline technical support for all BlueHub Capital staff, working in a Microsoft-based environment and engaging in technology-oriented projects.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows laptops and Office 365.
  • Support Teams meeting room facilities and Apple Macs.
  • Engage in technology-oriented projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong customer service mentality.
  • Coordinate with a managed service provider for escalated support.
  • Document and track technical issues for timely resolution.
  • Conduct IT orientation and training for new hires.
  • Manage access to technology via mobile device management.
  • Provide on-site support for alerts and tickets.
  • Participate in 24/7 support when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Microsoft Certifications preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft technologies including Windows 11 and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of MAC OS and mobile technologies preferred.
  • Good organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and discretion for sensitive matters.
  • Interest in the mission and goals of BlueHub Capital.
