As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Wrike, you will be instrumental in helping customers evaluate and implement Wrike's powerful work management platform, ensuring that its functionality aligns with their business needs.

In Short

  • Partner with Sales to close business and facilitate technical discovery.
  • Build custom demos and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
  • Mentor new team members and contribute knowledge to the team.
  • Help expand Wrike's footprint in accounts and territories.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills for product demonstrations.
  • Translate technical requirements into business value.
  • Manage multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for customer success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing, technical sales role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with enterprise automation and integrations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications and architecture.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology startups.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDICC.
  • Expertise in Project Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and IT.
  • Proven success selling to C-Suite executives.
  • Experience with collaborative work management solutions.
