Overview

The Senior Solutions Consultant at Docebo will leverage industry knowledge to serve as an expert throughout the sales process, working with Enterprise prospects to discover, prepare, and lead presentations.

In Short

• Become a trusted advisor to all levels within prospective customer organizations.
• Tackle technical conversations with stakeholders at various levels.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to achieve closing business.
• Deliver technical presentations explaining products to prospective customers.
• Prepare and configure products for presentations.
• Assess implementation needs with prospective customers and engineers.
• Provide sales support based on customer requirements.
• Master product knowledge to address customer questions.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales or similar roles.
• 2+ years in Pre-Sales or LMS implementation consulting.
• Ability to run large proof of concepts and trial evaluations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• B.A. or B.S. degree.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is advantageous.

• Ability to share technical knowledge effectively.
