Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Docebo, your mission is to build and deepen customer relationships, ensuring their success with our learning platform by providing strategic guidance and technical support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical troubleshooting experience in SaaS.
  • 2+ years of enterprise account management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of back-end development and protocols.
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
  • Flexibility for EMEA time zones.
  • Knowledge of iPaaS technology.
  • Experience creating SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse technology.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
