In Short

  • Inspire and educate prospects on the value of our solution.
  • Drive revenue generation through qualifying and closing new businesses.
  • Work closely with sales development reps to refine lead qualification processes.
  • Track all prospecting data in the Docebo CRM.
  • Use forecasting methodologies to accurately predict new business.
  • Execute in short-term sprints while maintaining long-term vision.
  • Engage in all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualifying to closing.
  • Communicate effectively via various channels.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients.
  • Meet or exceed revenue quota goals consistently.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in the Software as a Service industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Consultative selling and prospecting experience.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly.
  • Proven results in a quota-oriented sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education.
  • Ability to do light travel.
