Overview

As a Technical Support Analyst at Docebo, you will be the first point of contact for customer issues and questions, ensuring that clients can utilize their system effectively and efficiently.

In Short

  • Be the product expert and first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Address customer issues via chat, ticketing systems, and video/screen sharing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by gathering information and asking clarifying questions.
  • Take appropriate actions to resolve issues quickly.
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Research technical issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Manage customer expectations on response and resolution times.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess positive interpersonal skills and be an owner of your work.

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Ability to conduct conversations in a technical environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex technical material.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow a set break and lunch schedule.
  • Positive and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform duties accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility in working hours between 7am - 8pm.
