Overview

As a Platform Technical Support at Apaleo, you will help deliver exceptional support experiences and ensure platform stability and performance for our users, while being part of a team that is revolutionising the hospitality industry.

In Short

  • Act as the first line of support for platform-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and platform behavior questions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support teams.
  • Write and maintain clear documentation for internal knowledge.
  • Monitor platform performance and flag issues proactively.
  • Identify recurring pain points and help reduce support volume.
  • Support customer onboarding and technical integrations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, web platforms, and SaaS products.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a curious mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
