Overview

The Senior Solutions Consultant at Intradiem will partner with sales teams and customers to identify business problems and demonstrate how Intradiem’s automation solutions can address these challenges.

• Participate in business case reviews and requirements sessions.
• Conduct solution demonstrations to align functionality with customer needs.
• Interface with sales, product management, and service delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in contact center operations or WFM role.
• In-depth knowledge of contact center operations.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to travel 25%-50%.
• Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
