• Join Arkose Labs as a Senior Solutions Consultant supporting East Coast and EU Sales Team.
• Manage sales engagements and support technical customer conversations.
• Lead proof of concepts and drive deals to technical win and closure.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, from individual contributors to C-level executives.
• Assist in uncovering critical business pain points.
• Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations of Arkose Labs solutions.
• Design and build solution definitions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the success of the sales organization for US West Coast customers.
• Mentor team members and provide critical support across the organization.
• Seek to expand your knowledge and skillset.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent in a SaaS organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Consultative approach to solving customer challenges.
• Experience with identifying business pain points.
• Track record of selling enterprise solutions.
• Understanding of client and server-side web technology.
• Ability to write complex SQL statements.
