Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will be part of a North America Customer Success Team, working in a collaborative environment to help customers maximize their use of the Wrike platform.

In Short

  • On-board new customers and understand their use cases.
  • Lead training sessions on Wrike features.
  • Monitor key account metrics and identify opportunities.
  • Use consulting skills to help customers unlock value from Wrike.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to assess progress.
  • Run health checks of customers’ Wrike workspaces.
  • Partner with account management for upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate for customers with Product Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate about teaching and training.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing, IT, PMO, and Professional Services.
  • Able to build strong client relationships.
  • Knowledgeable in project management and change management.
