In Short

  • Work closely with top customers to customize Samsara for their needs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
  • Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
  • Compose joint success plans with customers.
  • Conduct workshops to understand customer operations.
  • Mentor wider Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience with technical products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting role.
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively.
  • Passion for taking initiative and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
