Senior HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with experience supporting high-growth SaaS and private equity-backed organizations. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across all departments and regions, including teams based outside the United States.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in SaaS or high-growth, PE-backed environments.
• Proven success in talent management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with employees at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• HR certification is a plus.
