Senior HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Senior People Success Partner ("PSP") or more widely known as the Sr. HRBP, will partner directly with leadership within the Customer Onboarding organization, which is a critical part of our Go-To-Market (GTM) function.

In Short

• Act as a Strategic Partner to Senior Leadership, Directors, & Managers in our Customer Onboarding organization functions.
• Lead the development and execution of talent management processes.
• Build people-related solutions using people analytics and insights.
• Provide strategic partnership and mentorship to employees and people managers.
• Deliver an aligned, effective people-centric approach to partner organizations.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and conduct investigations.

Requirements

• 6+ years in an HRBP role.
• Proven ability to establish trust, coach, and partner with leadership.
• Ability to create and implement end-to-end people programs.
• Strong experience in performance management.
• Experience in developing and supporting DEI initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in a high-growth organization.
• Strong teamwork, communication & cross-functional collaboration skills.
