• Join a collaborative team of HRBPs redefining people success.
• Partner closely with Engineering leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Support and deploy people programs to build a high-performing Engineering team.
• Provide guidance in managing complex employee relations issues.
• Partner with leaders for organizational design and workforce planning.
• Leverage people data for decision-making and measuring progress.
• Support teams through organizational change initiatives.
• Collaborate with various People Teams for integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HRBP related experience.
• Experience supporting Engineering or technical teams in an HRBP capacity.
• Strong experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis for informed decision-making.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
