Requirements

• Fluency in French and English.
• Deep HR experience in France.
• Experience supporting Director + level.
• Experience building out new countries/regions.
• Experience supporting revenue teams.
• Experience in various HR functions.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Experience in a global software development environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data for continuous improvement.
