Senior HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in fostering a performance-driven culture that emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and leadership development while also addressing their teams' HR needs.

In Short

• Partner with Leadership to provide coaching on leadership and performance improvement.
• Develop and implement people strategies focused on employee engagement and retention.
• Use data insights to analyze HR data and trends for improvement.
• Provide hands-on guidance on compensation and employee relations.
• Drive change and workforce planning to boost organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with People Operations to align people strategies.
• Champion development by creating training programs.
• Continuously learn about industry best practices and employment law changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; post-grad preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources as an HRBP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Performance Management systems (Lattice preferred).
• Ability to use an HRIS (BambooHR preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
