Senior HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a confident, experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide a full range of HR business support to the overall NICE CX organization in our Manila, Philippines office. This role will be a part of a fun, passionate, and dynamic global HR team. The role is both a strategic and hands-on role, which includes driving culture, improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence.

In Short

• Lead the HR agenda and strategy in assigned business units and execute on them
• Partner with business leaders at all levels of an organization, to promote the right culture, engagement and performance, aligned with NICE Values
• Lead day-to-day HR processes, practices and initiatives, including coaching leaders and managers
• Assess ongoing organizational & people implications and implement the needed HR approaches and actions
• Operate as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders
• Strengthen the leadership team of each organization by providing coaching and development to senior leaders
• Engage with the employees to understand and improve the employee experience
• Establish a communication cadence with leaders of each business unit
• Partner to design and implement organizational change that aligns with business objectives
• Lead complex initiatives where the impact is significant in supporting the client's needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Psychology or other applicable discipline
• 6+ years of previous experience in a HR Business Partner role
• Ability to be solution focused and translate strategy into action
• Experience with interpreting data and trends to draw conclusions and make business recommendations
