We are seeking a confident, experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide a full range of HR business support to the overall NICE CX organization in our Manila, Philippines office. This role will be a part of a fun, passionate, and dynamic global HR team. The role is both a strategic and hands-on role, which includes driving culture, improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence.

In Short

Lead the HR agenda and strategy in assigned business units and execute on them
Partner with business leaders at all levels of an organization, to promote the right culture, engagement and performance, aligned with NICE Values
Lead day-to-day HR processes, practices and initiatives, including coaching leaders and managers
Assess ongoing organizational & people implications and implement the needed HR approaches and actions
Operate as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders
Strengthen the leadership team of each organization by providing coaching and development to senior leaders
Engage with the employees to understand and improve the employee experience
Establish a communication cadence with leaders of each business unit
Partner to design and implement organizational change that aligns with business objectives
Lead complex initiatives where the impact is significant in supporting the client's needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Psychology or other applicable discipline
6+ years of previous experience in a HR Business Partner role
Ability to be solution focused and translate strategy into action
Experience with interpreting data and trends to draw conclusions and make business recommendations
