Overview

The NiCE Public Safety Account Executive's primary objective is to successfully win new business by positioning NiCE and its solution portfolio with prospects and partners within the Public Safety sector, specifically with Police Agencies, District Attorneys/Prosecutors, Public Defenders, Courts and State Prisons.

In Short

  • Achieve assigned sales quota(s) by selling directly to assigned prospect account targets.
  • Formulate sales tactics and strategies resulting in market share growth.
  • Execute on prospecting/lead generation/cold calling/networking to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure opportunities in Salesforce are kept current and align to sales process.
  • Manage and develop existing partner relationship channels.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to end users, partners, and consultants.
  • Sell NiCE value, differentiating between NiCE and its competitors.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships with the goal of maximizing revenues long term.
  • Travel requirement will be 30-50% per month within assigned territory.
  • Continually learn market needs and future trends in the Public Safety sector.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience selling into Government verticals and/or into the overall Public Safety/Security industry.
  • Proven track record of success in working with Business Partners, Systems Integrators, and end users.
  • Experience with government Purchasing personnel related to RFP/Bid responses.
  • Documented history of attaining or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong technical knowledge and consultative selling style.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven creative problem solving skills.
  • Strong desire to win and close business.
  • Experience influencing high end decision makers.
