Account Executive - Public Safety Sales - Remote

In Short

• Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with account team to deliver stronger value propositions.
• Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and develop proper contact networks.
• Support execution of strategy at the account level.
• Oversee all account activities and manage expense budgets.
• Provide customer product training as necessary.
• Track customer activity in internal systems.
• Responsible for forecasting and gathering intelligence on competitor activity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful customer-facing sales experience.
• 2+ years managing a book of business of mid-sized/enterprise customers.
• Experience selling into the Corrections or Public Safety Markets preferred.
• Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Understanding of Cloud technology.
• Able to articulate complex solution offerings clearly.
• Able to travel ~50% including possible overnight travel.
