Overview

The Sr. HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to Princess Polly’s retail teams, ensuring a high performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR experience, with 4+ years as an HRBP in retail.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. retail employment laws.
  • Ability to uphold performance management through company values.
  • Proven ability to coach retail leaders.
  • Experience in change management and employee recognition programs.
  • Skilled in HR compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with HR systems like Workday or ADP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
