Overview

Onit is a global leader in enterprise workflow solutions for legal, compliance, sales, IT, HR, and finance departments. The Support Analyst role provides world-class technical support for clients utilizing Onit’s suite of products.

In Short

• Provide front-line and ongoing product and technical support.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge on Onit’s product suite.
• Educate users on all functions and features of our product line.
• Assist with management of account software subscriptions.
• Provide feedback on product features and market trends.
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Take responsibility for projects end-to-end.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• 1-3 years of related technical support experience preferred.
• Prior experience with electronic e-billing or accounting is a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• High aptitude and emotional intelligence.
