• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience managing escalations.
• Basic understanding of CSS/HTML and APIs is nice to have.
• Intermediate or higher level in Polish is a plus.
