In Short

  • Provide excellent technical and account management support for clients.
  • Ensure clients successfully use our real estate websites and CRM platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with platform experts.
  • Engage with customers respectfully and enthusiastically.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for client-facing and internal knowledge bases.
  • Contribute to the development of new features based on customer feedback.
  • Drive strategy to enhance support platform efficiency.
  • Stay updated with product developments in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Assist in recovering at-risk customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on special projects.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
