Overview

The Support Analyst performs expert level remote helpdesk services for CDG’s customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical accuracy while working closely with software development and IT teams.

In Short

  • Provide accurate and efficient remote software support to customers.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with relevant software and technologies.
  • Must be a team player with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work extra hours and travel if necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of CDG products and telecom industries is beneficial.
  • Must maintain professionalism in all business relationships.
