Overview

The Technology Support Analyst (Level 3) is a key member of the IT team, responsible for delivering expert-level technology support and exceptional customer service to all firm employees. This role provides both onsite and remote technical assistance, resolving a wide range of technology requests efficiently and accurately.

In Short

  • Provide onsite and remote technology support.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues.
  • Log details using the firm’s ticketing system.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers.
  • Proactively identify solutions for customer needs.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical customers.
  • Train customers on best practices and system use.
  • Provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 analysts.
  • Ensure quality control and testing for new application deployments.
  • Contribute to IT roadmap execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical Support experience.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Advanced knowledge of remote access technologies.
  • Experience with remote connectivity tools.
  • Understanding of data security protocols.
  • Knowledge of general network architecture.
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
