In Short

• Review and verify accuracy of bills and supporting documentation.
• Upload invoices to various eBilling portals.
• Monitor all invoices in eBilling portals and track the approval process.
• Communicate with 3rd party payers to resolve billing/payment discrepancies.
• Process appeals in eBilling portals as required.
• Provide timely and effective customer service to internal and external clients.
• Prepare analysis of client accounts and produce monthly reports.
• Follow-up with clients regarding past-due invoices.
• Create and send invoices and supporting documentation to clients.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of law firm billing experience.
• Managing high volume e-billed invoices in portals such as Legal-X, CounselLink, etc.
• Extensive experience managing high volume e-billed invoices.
• Strong understanding of billing and collections process.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
