Overview

The IT Support Analyst at Life360 will provide technical assistance and support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems in a remote-first environment.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Develop SLAs for IT support.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding users.
  • Support network environments and components.
  • Communicate effectively with users.
  • Provide training and guidance documentation.
  • Work in a remote-first team.
  • Participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • Experience with SaaS applications.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience with MDMs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Experience with AWS and GitHub is a bonus.
  • Experience working within a ticketing system.
  • Intermediate understanding of AI/LLM limitations.
