  • Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Knowledge of AWS and Azure is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
