In Short

• Support banking operations and cash flow management.
• Process bank clearing entries and payments.
• Prepare weekly and daily cash flow reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments for reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end journals and accruals.
• Liaise with IT to improve reporting automation.
• Create and track debtor invoices.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies in accounts.
• Organise credit card applications and store banking books.
• Support additional ad hoc banking tasks as required.

Requirements

• Experience in banking operations and finance.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
