Financial Analysis

Overview

The Finance Officer will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, financial categorization, internal financial processes, and cash flow management for a U.S.-based immigration law firm.

In Short

Manage accurate bookkeeping across all accounts.
Ensure correct categorization of transactions in QuickBooks.
Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards.
Track and manage cash flow effectively.
Optimize internal financial workflows.
Prepare structured financial reports for internal use.
Support budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards.
Work independently in a fully remote environment.
Engage as an independent contractor with a 3-month probationary period.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong expertise in QuickBooks.
Experience with financial categorization and cleanup.
Understanding of U.S.-based accounting practices.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently.
