• Schedule and post content across social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and setting up email campaigns (EDMs) in Salesforce and Klaviyo.
• Support website optimisation activities, including blogs, SEO, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Manage customer enquiries across email, chat, reviews, and social media community engagement.
• Organise and download assets from brand portals.
• Assist in webinar setup and track registrations.
• Support paid social media campaigns while monitoring spend and performance.
• Update website content and product listings (banners, descriptions, blogs).
• Generate and analyse reports for campaign performance.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Salesforce and Klaviyo.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Squarespace.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
