Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support various marketing functions in a fast-scaling e-commerce environment.

• Contractor Fee: $1,700-$2,600/month (USD)
• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)
• Prepare monthly revenue and bi-weekly performance reports.
• Manage workflows using ClickUp and Slack.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, TikTok, and ActiveCampaign.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing assistant or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
• Comfortable with transcribing and organizing content.
