Overview

The Finance and Operations Senior Manager will oversee financial and operational accounting for a growing consumer products brand, managing complex workflows across multiple suppliers.

• Own full-cycle monthly close processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of freelancing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 4–7+ years of accounting experience in CPG or eCommerce.
• Experience managing multi-vendor manufacturing accounting.
• Strong background in inventory accounting and BOMs.
• Ability to manage full-cycle monthly close independently.
• High attention to detail and accountability.
• Comfortable working directly with founders.
• Senior-level judgment with minimal coaching needed.
