Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Operations Analyst will support a growing consumer brand by managing day-to-day supply chain and fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth execution of workflows across various logistics processes.

In Short

• Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments.
• Manage day-to-day operations with 3PL partners.
• Create and maintain accurate purchase orders (POs).
• Process and manage EDI transactions.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with retailer requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics data.
• Collaborate with internal teams across operations, finance, and customer support.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of freelancing or remote work experience.
• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations.
• Strong experience in freight coordination.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL partners.
• Experience with EDI systems and retail compliance.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
