Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0-3 years industry experience.
• 1-2 years in healthcare, ideally in Post Acute care.
• Experience with referral management and case management functions.
• Expert level Excel proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
