Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Operations Analyst will support WeTravel in its continued growth by owning the end-to-end procurement process for vendor contracts and conducting business analysis to improve operations.

In Short

• Own the procurement process for new vendor contracts and renewals.
• Advise and approve budget items, including travel expenses.
• Manage data deletion requests by third parties.
• Utilize business intelligence software for reporting and insights.
• Consolidate existing vendor contracts into a single source of truth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for new contracts.
• Evaluate ROI for software and tools.
• Conduct business analysis to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Expertise in building frameworks to improve internal processes.
• Experience with contract management and procurement best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Cross-functional project management experience.
• Ability to reconcile and investigate issues quickly.
• Experience reviewing and approving contracts.
• Ability to implement systems and processes for planning.
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.
