As a Customer Support Representative at WeTravel, you will help travel organizers worldwide maximize their use of our platform, addressing customer issues and enhancing user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and patient with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and distinguish user errors from product bugs.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Proactive and organized with independent working capability.
  • Desire to improve processes and tools.
  • A quiet home office setup for remote work.
