Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Hatch, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers love Hatch by becoming a product expert and helping customers use their Hatch apps and devices seamlessly.

In Short

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Learn the ins and outs of Hatch products.
  • Provide friendly and personalized responses to customers.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Own customer inquiries end to end.
  • Collaborate with peers and other teams to resolve issues.
  • Availability required on weekends and some holidays.
  • Must be adaptable and efficient in a remote setup.
  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Bonus for prior customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Super customer focused.
  • Great communicator.
  • Problem ownership and resourcefulness.
  • Efficient and organized.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Self-starter in a remote work environment.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is a plus.
